“Life is simple, it’s just not easy.”
“So tonight I’ve done a lot of thinking and figured out that all the good things in life are things you have to work the hardest for. Life can be hard but we got one chance to live it so lets do it big and give it all we got I’m not letting no one get in my way.”

“Life is full of road blocks just need to work thru them without giving up.”

Today, July 25, 2018 marks 3 years that they took you from us!
The Cody Micheal Lacey Memorial Scholarship Fund was established with The Community Foundation of Southern Maryland.
There’s not a day that goes by that we don’t think about you. Prior to his untimely death, Cody was in process of working towards his External High School Diploma, and loved working with his hands.
The fund will provide scholarships to students who are pursuing an alternative high school diploma or enrolled in a vocational and trade school in Southern Maryland.
So, in his Memory his family started a Memorial Scholarship fund through The Community Foundation.
We invite family, friends, colleagues and the community to keep his legacy alive and support others who wish to pursue the same dreams as Cody.
